Welcome to HAATH. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HAATH mobile application and related services (the "Service").

HAATH operates as a local service marketplace that enables consumers to connect with independent service providers. HAATH is not an employer, recruitment agency, staffing agency, manpower provider, or job placement service.

By accessing or using HAATH, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the Service

HAATH provides a platform that enables consumers and service providers to connect for various local services.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old to use the app

• Use the app only for lawful purposes

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to register an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Keep your account credentials secure

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account

• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Services and Responsibilities

For Consumers

• You may submit service requests through the platform

• You are responsible for accurately describing your requirements

• You should communicate clearly with service providers before service commencement

For Service Providers

• You must provide accurate profile and service information

• You are responsible for delivering services professionally and lawfully

• You must comply with all applicable laws while providing services

HAATH does not guarantee service quality, availability, or outcomes.

4. Payments, Wallet Recharge, and Platform Fees

HAATH may provide wallet recharge functionality and facilitate the collection of platform fees from service providers.

Consumers and service providers may independently agree on service pricing and payment arrangements.

HAATH:

• Does not employ service providers

• Does not act as a recruitment or staffing agency

• Does not guarantee payment between users

• Is not responsible for disputes arising from service payments or service agreements

Users are responsible for resolving payment-related disputes directly with one another.

5. Ratings and Reviews

Users may rate and review completed services.

Reviews must:

• Be truthful and based on actual experiences

• Not contain abusive, offensive, misleading, or unlawful content

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems

• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

7. Third-Party Services

HAATH may use third-party services such as:

• Firebase Authentication

• Google Sign-In

• Firebase Cloud Messaging

• Google Play Services

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

HAATH acts solely as a technology platform connecting consumers and independent service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of services

• We are not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, disputes, or claims arising from services provided through the platform

• Users interact and transact at their own discretion and risk

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

• For violations of these Terms

• For fraudulent or harmful activities

• To comply with legal obligations

Users may stop using the app at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of HAATH after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
